Hiya Sparkly :o) xxxx Well you don't need any, coz you are beautiful already!! I, however need to sleep until I am about 57 years of age, because I look a bit dodgy to be honest at the moment!! Heheh - too many late nights, early mornings and burning the candle at both ends! Never mind chick - soon be summertime!! :o) xxxxxxxx

6 hours and im grand, anything less and pinky has bigger bags than the local supermarket under me eyes, xx
Hmm well judging by today ... about 2 hours ... gets me by ok I been getting by on about 4 for a year now though .. may just try omse Nytol soon
Only a few hours, trouble is I haven't slept properly for the last three nights.

I dont think its worked for me Mags ..But I just had 10 hours..I needed it though
