Getting a tattoo draws attention to yourself which is exactly what modesty is against- selflessness. A modest person does not run around screaming look at me- I'm pretty. Go ahead and get it, there will be one more person in this world that men can make fun of. Besides that, only veterans ought to have tattoos.
Honestly, In my opinion, don't get a tattoo. I think a tattoo is so 90's and early 2000.

Women don't realize that getting tattoo's in certain areas will look like absolute crap in the future. Like when they get a tattoo on their side and eventually get preg, It will stretch along with the skin and when they lose the weight gained from the baby the tatoo no longer has definition.
