My saltwater coral beauty angelfish is not eating?

Its been 5 days and my angel is still not eating. He grazes around the tank all day, but he will not eat the veggie clips, shrimp, krill, or a multi pellet food. I know they are mainly veggie eaters but I wanted to try the meats.

Very common in the aquarium trade that angel and butterflies will eat this.





Dont forget angel need sponge in their diet so you will need to suppliment thier diet with this forumla as well as algae.

5 days isn't too long.. much more than a week and i'd be worried





do you have another tank? preferably on with some macro/micro algea growth i it?





move a rock or two over so that the angel can get some foaging in while he acclimated


or buy one from the store that has a good bit of growth on it





in time he should start eating, if not, it's very possible the fish was suffering from cyanide collection, if such is in fact the case i would stop shoping at that particular store.. as all or at least most of the fish are likely to be tainted
