To a certain extent. But more is needed as well.Is this true : %26lt;%26lt;one must strive to hold on tightly to beauty and truth to obtain victory in life (and let go ?
Hey - this is a quote from me from earlier today!
I'm glad you thought it was interesting!
Basically I meant it like feeding the good parts and starving
the bad so the good will become stronger and the bad will die
naturally. You can take your focus off of the bad and focus on
the good so only love and truth will grow and the rest will die!
I am a spiritual idealist and I equate love and truth
as being one and the opposite of confusion, doubt, fear, etc.
I learned this in response to people telling me to let go of the
bad things of the past and I asked myself how should I just empty
myself without filling up with something, so I tried filling up on
truth in order for the untruth to just vanish and without experiencing
emptiness! This was so much better!
Grammy, that is a good question. What things are true are
beautiful in a true and lasting way and therefore are not
vanity or false pride. Thanks! This is one of the deepest subjects.
There is great beauty in truth. Great is the truth and mighty above all.
Christ is my ultimate Truth. Knowing God sent His only son as foretold of old, but more so?
That the truths may not be truisms but reality.
Vanity, deciept, doubt, lies? Where is your focus if you ask for beauty?
There is no greater truth than in mathematical proportions. Despite whom we are what disadvantage we may have had, where we have come from what our background, the computer as Bill Gates once said in his great book the road ahead regardless of what you think of his software and bad attitude for sacking staff for public embarassment? To do one thing properly is the issue.
When we know that the power of God is love, that peace, hope, faith, and charity abideth there, yet greed hyprocrisy lies and sloth or laziness destroy we readily see an effective balance wherein the creator as created is frail creatures as either well balanced or ill?
Despite prejudicee being odious by comparisom to devinity, we learn that the strong shall be weak, that the weak shall be strong and peace makers are blessed, for Mathew 5 Sermon on the mount oddly enough based on Buddhist teachings predating Christ 600BC for as a Master Builder following His Fathers Trade of Carpenter he was liscenced to travel and learn from His Barmitzvoch to his public life aged 31 until death two years later. The missing part here not in the bible comes from various historians at that time. Also the Damapeda had developing ideas inferior based on the ';Art of War';
Christianity is best described as a peace loving religion but diplomatic enough to go to war only when all else fails, we all remember Mao Tze Tung murdering Buddhist Preists over running Tibbet in the 1950's Communist revolution, I truly believe it is not the place to have politics in religion in the modern world rather to be inclussive and engaging, this actually also aligns with what the Dali Lama said about war in sydney earlier in 2008. I saw him, did not want the TV to word over the top, actually Greens Senator Bob Brown forced the Dali Lama to have to report to the Chinese Government he had transgressed law from Bob Browns comments, silly really polical activism in religion, its not focussed?
Deceipt, lies insanity, its hard not to be prejudiced, so why introduce it? Can you understand I would rather focus on the reflection to what these are, the opposite of kindness as contained as a fruit of the spirit in Galatians 5:21-22 but there are in all some 20 lines preceeding these as negative fruits of the spirit I think you will find these there? I am more focussed about the prioritization of quality values and letting the rest take care of itself?
It is a bit like the story of a gardner, every morning a local priest, minister or pastor would walk bye, saying, ';Morning!'; to which the reply was always ';Morning'; Ironic, a bit like the John Cleese movie, ';Fish Called Wanda'; Further, oneday the religious teacher got curious, and in an extremely shy but rather inspired way of fear to evanglism said bursting the words out nervously ever so nervously in a blurt: ';Isnt it wonderful the glory of God's creation how lovely the Garden always looks!!!!'; expecting accolades, the old gardner with a rye smile of sun tanned weary skin looked out from the shade of an old brown hat upon his head and said wearily: ';Yea, you shoulda seen the Garden when God had it ol to imself?'; Ironically humour is that great leveller of conversation capable of breaking the ice and perhaps the old gardner knew more about the parable of the sower than the religious teacher? That we be aware of what we become?
Fear and Guilt and emotions can be great manipulators, but I tell you that one volunteer is truly worth ten pressed folks? For therein you find the truth contained within Gallatians 5:1-22 that although the power of love is greater than hate, just ten times as much lineage is allowed for a ratio of 17:9 roughly double, use this in fighting wars of good and evil but validate the truth by your testimony of a good conscience?
Fear or Curiosity is actually contained in 1Peter 2:11-12?
the key words vary in translations - Sourjourners Pilgrams
But nowadays, Strangers and Refugees, the world is fulla folks scared farful yet so few curious enough to see an issue and not a person as the issue to get real results not an ivory tower mentality of protecting work that can not be done or not know how to be done?
Remember Christ's last words upon the cross for those whom accused him after welcoming them?
Father forgive them for they know not what they do?
Imagine folks saying yea but they did it deliberately!!!
Forgive them, they really did do it but did not understand God allowed it to happen as was foretold of old that a greater sacrifice could be made once and for all.
In modern research into stress it has been found the Garden of Gethsemanie Blood dropplets mingled with nervous sweat is from a break down of sk
Stick to the truth always and see the beauty of a peaceful serene life.
