It isn't a classical song, it is written my Alan Menken (who also wrote the music for the songs) and it's usually called ';Prologue.'; You can find it easily on iTunes.
Dunno but Ravel's lovely 'Mother Goose' suite (Ma mere de l'oy) includes a section called 'Beauty and the Beast'. Well worth listening to.
