It's GREAT for your skin. It's packed with protein, which is good. And it's kinda like getting botox.... idk how it works but my aunt, shes 50, does it ALL the time and she doesn't look like she's aging quickly. This is how she does it:


1. get the egg yolk


2. mix it up like ur making cake or something


3. put it on ur face for around 30 minutes, or untill its fully dry


4. rinse well, or ur face will smell like rotten eggs for a couple of days

yup its really good for your skin, just make sure your not allergic to egg and you rinse off all the egg yolk properly or youll just end up with a rash and smelling like rotten egg.
not so sure about the yoke, but if you spread egg white over your face like a mask thats supposed to be good for your skin. if all else fails- google it!
yes the protien is great for hair or your face or even stretch marks!
