How hard is it to get a job in the beauty department at Macy's?

easy! i wasn't even applying and a girl recruited me. i was just walking through the mall, and she was like. I wanna work with you.





this was at Benefit cosmetics counter. they are so much more into ur personality than ur resume (as i had no makeup experience). you have to be really outgoing and know how to ';traffic stop.'; or get people to stop shopping and come get a makeover.





just go talk to the artists at the counter that you want to work at. while they're doing ur makeup ask em how they like their job? is it hard? is it fun? i would love to do this! and see if they're hiring. getting a referral is much better than applying.How hard is it to get a job in the beauty department at Macy's?
