I'd suggest getting:
A pink silky mini skirt (that you could puff up with a petticoat)
A white or pink top with some sort of jeweled, beaded, or sequin detailing
Long white gloves
A tiara
White thigh-high stockings
Pink ribbon (make two bows and attach them to the fronts of the stockings)
High black or white pumps
